Box file not syncing to desktop (MAC)
Hi there. I am running Box sync on my Mac. When I log into the web it says "Synced" but I am showing multiple files in my box file that have not synced up. Can you open a ticket for me, or tell me what to do?

To fully sync a partially synced folder, you must unsync the partially synced folder, then sync it again.
