All my files are gone
Please help. I recently signed into my Box account after an extended period of not using it and when I logged in, all of my files were missing. The web interface greets me with a "Get started by adding your first file" message as if I am a new user instead of the normal folder structure I am used to seeing. I had close to 50gb of files in my account and never received any message saying I was at risk of losing my files. While I had some shared folders from others, I was the creator of most of the files on my account. I also checked the Trash and that was empty as well.

Upon checking your profile for this post, it doesn't seem you own any content.
Have you checked your other emails to see if you may have signed up for another Box account which could be storing the files you are looking for?
In addition, if a collaborative folder or folders that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the collaborative folder has removed you as a collaborator on the collaborative folder. You will have to contact the folder owner of the collaborative folder to have them re-invite you to that folder again.
