Box Support
Hi, our box admin recently left our company. The last admin did not provide us with any details or subscription information about the account. Is there a phone number or email I can contact directly on this matter?

Phone support is only available for business accounts and higher.
If you can’t access the email address associated with the Box account, we recommend either reaching out to the email service provider (ESP) to regain access to the email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.
Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to the email account. You will need access to the email address associated with the account to change the account password.
