Hello - I will be sending logs. I have errors that say to send logs to box.com. I also have an issue where folders set not to sync are syncing to my computer.

May I know where are you accessing these files/ folders? Is it via Box Webapp (Box.com) or are you using a desktop application such as Box Drive/ Box Sync?
