    "sync failed: unsupported name" Mac

    there is one folder in box that won't sync to my mac- the detail message says "remove spaces from end of name"  there are no spaces at the end of name. I have tried renaming it a few times.

    Often when I look through folders in Box sync, it shows them as empty when I know there are files in there.  If I search for the files I want with the exact name, I can find it. But that's not help...
