Still having trouble accessing files and folders shared with me
AnsweredHi - this recommendation has not solved my issue. The owner has reviewed settings and confirmed access was granted to me. When I attempt to access the folder through the link this is what I get.

Accessing shared files/folders
AnsweredCollaborators have shared files/folders with me, however when I click on the link to the folder I receive an error message that Box "can't locate what I am looking for" - how could this be resolved...
