    Our legal office is suddenly having issues using Box links to share folders that contain .pst files. The outside collaborator is unable to open the shared folders. Anyone else seeing this issue?

  • No Office 365 License Assigned

    I have a user who is signed into Office 365 but when she attempts to use Office apps in Box the system is telling her she has no license assigned. Yet she does.
