3. delete all the files in my box, clean the trash, still showing 4.6G used

Dear Rona. The problem is still there. Could you help check? Longtime ago it happened once, when the technician ran a script at your side to resolve. Thx!

3. Space not reported fully though I delete all the files and cleaned the trash

Thx Rona. I did all above suggestions, and even further, i deleted all the files and cleaned the trash. but the space sting showing 4.7G occupied :(
