    Have any of you received a refund? I'm curious because I'm requesting the same thing and I'm very concerned that they've hidden the cancellation option that is usually very visible on most services...

    This request was passed off to someone who had no answers. The cancellation option is nowhere to be found on my account settings page so there was no chance I could have cancelled my account before...
