    After logging out of my desktop Box and logging back in I am now missing lots of files and folders of my work? Can someone urgently advise as to where these may have gone and can they be recovered?...

    Is it safe to delete the Box Cache, it has ramped up to 280gb and leaving me with no space on my mac?
