How can I get a support ticket?

3. I can't add new email address.

My new email address is not yet associated in Box.I can not add my alternate address. I have tried clearing my browser's cache and disabling any plugins/extensions in my browser.

If I add new mail adress,the message is displayed that"There was an error while trying to add (address) to your account."
