    If I add new mail adress,the message is displayed that"There was an error while trying to add (address) to your account."

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Make sure that your new email address it not yet associated in Box. If so, please use your alternate email address. 

    However, if your email address is not associated in Box but the error persist. Please run these troubleshooting steps.

    My new email address is not yet associated in Box.I can not add my alternate address.
    I have tried clearing my browser's cache and disabling any plugins/extensions in my browser.
