I did not get the help I needed. I want to know if I can retrieve earlier versions of my files or if some from BOX can do it for me. I cant see the verson history for some files after a data breach.

But i have personal pro and have the same issue. it says there are several versions saved but it wont retrieve them.

Cant retrieve my version history for some files
AnsweredI have personal pro but i cant retrieive my version history for some files. I get a server error and it says there are no previous versons of the file even though it says there are multilpe versons...
