Files don't sync anymore

The files stopped syncing, and now there are completely different files in Box on my PC compared to Box on the web.

I have the exact same issue. For years I had to contact the support team, but now it's impossible to reach them. I think, box is finally going downhill.

Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

System shows 100% of the storage is in use, but I only have around 10%. How can I open a ticket to Support team to run a script to correct this?
