    hello, I have deleted all my files and emptied the Trash but Box still shows me I have used 33.6GB space... Can anyone fix this problem? Thanks

    I also have this problem. I've deleted all my folders and files in Box drive but the "Storage Used" still show me 33.6GB of 50.0GB. How strange is that...
