Thought I had this fixed, but alas, no. Still getting an error every time I try to save an mp4 from box mobile to my iphone 11.

Unable to download video to iphone
I have always downloaded videos to my iPhone to post to IG. I can no longer download any videos at all to my phone. Photos download for some reason. Help!
