So after two years from the original post, BOX hasn't fix the issue and only let some plugin developer to kind of helping to solve the major issue???

I think this thumbnail issue had been raised few years ago and still no fix? I have to use Adobe bridge to see thubnails and it's not really a good solution for such a basic function.
