    AJ, Thank you for resetting my storage size. I am seeing another issue. I am using 21GB out of 50GB but Box Windows client does not allow me to upload 17 files.

    I have 50GB of Storage size. The file size adding up is ~28GB. Box storage reports 42GB. Can you please reset my account storage size? Thanks .
