    tried all of those, no effect. also tried from my ipad and the same problem.. it is possible to talk to a human who can screen share?

    Hi,   I want to use sms or email as the MFA. When I try to use SMS, it says my mobile number is not valid, but it is.   when I try to use email, it says that my email is invalid, but has emailed me...
