unable to setup MFA using sms or email

Hi,

 

I want to use sms or email as the MFA.

When I try to use SMS, it says my mobile number is not valid, but it is.

 

when I try to use email, it says that my email is invalid, but has emailed me before

 

I need some help.

  Can try these quick fix in your browser then try again? 

  • Updating your browser to the latest version
  • Clearing your browser's cache
  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network.
  • Temporarily disabling any plugins/extensions in your browser
  • Removing unwanted extensions, plug-ins, ads, pop-ups & malware:
    
    • Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari

  And once again, please enable your Multi-Factor Authentication.

  tried all of those, no effect. also tried from my ipad and the same problem.. it is possible to talk to a human who can screen share?
