Syncing Issue
I have 1 folder that will just not sync. I have asked for support previously and was told it must be named incorrectly but it is not. I really need this folder to sync so need a solution please

Hi. The point is that there is a folder in box online and in the app nothing there. I don’t understand what you are asking in the 2nd part of your message

When I log onto box.com a folder is there but on the app it is not. We have synced and still nothing. I click on the get support tab and it just loops me back to this forum I need help to resolve t...
