3. Can't Submit Ticket: Trying to add a deactivated user

I'm having the same problem. Multiple people on a project all suddenly have "deactivated accounts" however, I can add personal emails?

3. Can share with People with the link, but not deactivated accounts?

I don't see why Box is just deactivating users. It's so frustrating that I can just add a brand new email address for someone without a Box account to share but if they are "deactivated" you can't.
