Thank you for your comment.However, it has been over 24 hours and the problem has not been resolved at all.Three years of data has been deleted.I would like an immediate response to this issue.

AnsweredI paid the business license fee for the storage update in the box yesterday. But, data (word, ppt, PDF etc..) are all disappered!!! I checked history and trash, but it is not in trash and no trace ...
