Capacity is not displayed correctly
AnsweredHello. Box does not show the actual size of my files. It says that I have more size occupied than I actually use, and that I can't upload any more files. Can you run a script to fix it? Thank you.

Hello. I have MacOs Ventura 13.2.1 and IOS 16.3.1. Box version 2.31.64. I use normaly Firefox. In Iphone i use Box App.

No space... when i erase files...
AnsweredPlease help, I get the reminder that I have no space but I have less files in my drive right now. This has happened several times and is really annoying. Can you fix it on your side please?
