Never mind. I moved everything out of Box and then it finally recalculated the storage used. I then moved everything back in, and it recalculated the storage used correctly. So it's now sorted out....

Please recalculate my storage used
AnsweredBox says I have used 53Gb of my 50Gb storage, but Windows says my Box folder is less than 30Gb in size. Please run your script to recalculate storage used. Thanks

Guess no-one at Box cares that their product is useless. I'll be looking for an alternative solution which is properly indexed. No point having files on Box I can't find or download.
