Issues have gone beyond just simple preview failures. All alerts monitoring our current integration with Box have fired, including, but not limited to Upload & Download failures.

Failing File Preview
AnsweredDocument preview is failing for certain file types (currently only tested .png). When downloading the file locally, the contents and preview appear are fine.
