Box Status

"Create Word" does not work

When clicking word document inside box.com it attempts to launch new tab with word online but fails to do so. You click and nothing happens I tried different browsers I made sure "pop-ups and redirects" were allowed for box.com domain. I tried different devices and issue is on all devices.

     To make sure that every angle is checked, can you try the following troubleshooting tips:

    • Clear the cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Disable add-ons or extensions on your browser/s. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Try connecting to other network to see if this makes any difference.
