Closed caption not showing on Video preview

Hello,
I embedded a closed caption in UTF-8 format to a Quicktime video. The caption works fine on Quicktime player and switching on/off the caption also works well. But when I upload to Box and play, the CC button appears but even when I switch this on, the caption itself does not appear. How can I get the caption to appear on Video preview?

I understand you are having issue with closed caption not appearing on video preview in Box.
Could you please try these troubleshooting tips to make sure that every angle is checked?:
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version.
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue please proceed to the next step.
- Try different browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Chrome or use incognito mode.
- Try disabling plugins/ extensions from your browser.

Thank you for replying to my question. I tried all of your suggestions, but the caption still does not appear.
I am using Adobe Premiere Pro and the only caption I can embed is 608 with Quicktime encoding. Because of our corporate security setting, I cannot use third-party tools for this task. Is there any other way I can get the caption to appear?
