downloading a file
Hi i'm trying to download a e book from https://www.dpgroup.org so the file i'm trying to download the link leads to this site but when i click on link and it brings me to the page i log in but when it goes back to that page it shows i'm not logged in but i'am logged in so i don't know what to do.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your download. To make sure that every angle is checked, I will need you to do the following:
- Try to clear cache and cookies from your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
- Try using different browsers and see if it makes any difference when downloading the file.
- Try disabling add-ons or extensions on your browser/s
