How can I get a correct collaboration report?

Current now, I am using the "Collaborations" to export all folder/file's permission on my admin console, but this report can not give a correct permission information. for example, in my box environment, I have a folder, there are 500K subfolders/files under this folder, and there are about 5K subfolder/files has unique permission, I check the unique permission from collaboration report, some folder's permission does not exist in this report. Am I missing anything? how do I export collaborators report for unique permission of folder/files?

    Hello

     I have upload a below picture to show this issue: Kathy Gao has a editor permission(unique permission) for this folder(folder01), I download collaboration report from admin console, but I can not find this records from report. Am I missing anything?
