    To make sure that every angle is checked, can you do the following troubleshooting tips so we can isolate if this is a browser issue?

    • Can you try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Try logging in to your Box Account using different browsers and see if it makes any difference when accessing the External user tab. 
    • Try logging in to Box.com with add-ons or extensions disabled on your browser/s
