Recover file after closing word document

Hello Box Support,

I was working a word document, after making a lot of changes. I believe I saved then closed the document. The word file does not bring my changes. How can I cover the most up-to-date document? The file is not in the thrash folder as it was not deleted.

    Did you already tried checking the file's version history? 

    See if you could preview, download or make current the version of this file with the content that you need.
