Can't open any Google files from Box

At around 2 pm CT on 4/6, everyone in our account lost the ability to open Google files from Box. When trying to open the file we all get the message: "Google Docs encountered an error. Please try reloading this page, or coming back to it in a few minutes." This is happening in both Chrome & Safari for all google files for all users in our account. We've obviously opened a support ticket, but wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue.

    Having the exact same issue. We've updated our browser, our Box system, cleared cache, tried renaming files and tried other browsers with no luck.
