saving files

I just upload some folders. When I click log out there is a message that says :
"Leave site?"
"Changes you made may not be saved."
with a check box next to: "Prevent this page from displaying additional displays"
2 options for me
"Leave this site" or "Cancel"
How do I save my changes?
