Storage full, but it isn't
RéponduStorage shows as almost full, but it's not. Can you please run your script to fix it. Thanks in advance.

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.

We are having problem with storage . Still showing that we have plenty but as a team some members are unable to save anything to Box. Deleted loads of stuff .. still no joy. Also there was a massive leap on June 1st in storage usage .. like double.. and I can't see why ?

Hi, we have same issue: Storage has less than 10GB, it says 57GB. Can you run the script, please.
Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts as an attempt to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and item counts.
