Wrong File Number & Folder Size

Hi,

Could you please run your script to fix file number (box count 977 files... less than 10 in reality) and total folder size (box count 7.5 GN... les than 10 MB in reality) ?

    Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. 

    Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.

    Hi,

    The value shown under "Used Storage" in account settings seems now in good accordance with folder content.

    But the folder itself still shows wrong values for both file number and size. How to be sure not to have trouble again when uploading ?

    Hi,

    One month later, same issue... The total storage size used on my box is absolutely not equal to 8 Gb as written in "User Storage" (it is less than 500 Mb !).

    ==> Could you please run your script to fix file number and total folder size ?
