Box shows I have 5.3GB used of 10GB however Box is empty

Please ran the script that will recount all of the files.

  Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

  Should you experience the same issue in the future, please let us know
