Document is Locked

It appears that a file I am working out of is locked. I am the owner and can't seem unlock it...It's just greyed out. How do I fix this so I can allow the other editors to edit the document?

  Hi Christina, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  Note When you lock a file (using Box's locking feature), you will see a lock icon, but you are still be able to edit the file. If another user locks a file, any collaborator with Co-owner, Editor, or Viewer Uploader access can unlock it.

  If you're unable to unlock despite your permission, please troubleshoot then try again. 

  • Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
  • Try using different browser, machine and network connection. 
  • Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
  • Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.

  How can i see what user locked a file?
  
  Unlock is greyed out.. No Request to Unlock is given.. the last person to update the file did not lock the file and does not have the unlock file option
  
  Right now we are completely stuck on this
