I get the following error message when i try to install Box onto a new laptop:

 

The installation package could not be opened. Please contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer Package

Please advise

  Incidentally, i got the sync/installation from your website here:

  We recommend installing Box Drive instead and please let us know how it goes.
