Trying to cancel Trial account - pls confirm cancellation is done

I feel I am reasonably good with technical stuff and i am finding it difficult to figure out on how to cancel the subscription and prevent credit card charge!!!

Can you pls confirm that my trial is cancelled and my card will not be charged?
