Box Status

Okta Provisioning Error - User already exists.

We are no longer able to provision users in Okta. We are getting the following error " Automatic provisioning of user XXXXX to app Box failed: Could not create new user. 409 - User with the specified login already exists.".  I tried adding the users in the console as mentioned below but also got an error.
