    Welcome to the Box Community!

    We have seen this error message for a user you try to provision an account for and their email is already linked to a Box account.

    If the user has an existing personal lite Box linked to the email you are trying to provision an account for, you will have to manually add the user in the Admin console and a message will pop up if you would like to invite the user to your managed users list.

    If you click the "Invite" button, this will send an invitation to the user in his personal Box to join your organization, once he accepts the invitation, he will be rolled in to your managed users list.
