login.live.com refused to connect. when i try to open the EXCEL file ONLINE

when i open my Excel file online it says login.live.com refused to connect.  i am not able to edit my file. i am logged in to the box . it was working till couple of days back.

    We've seen this error in the past and clearing your browser cache can fix this.

    Can you follow the steps in this article on how to clear your browser cache and cookies and let us know how it goes?
