Desktop app - sync stalled
I have an issue I need resolved ASAP. I have the Box desktop. Every so often files that have already been synced months ago try to sync again. When it does this I can't upload or download anything to Box desktop. I tried going to box.com with the same result. It usually re-syncs everything after an hour or so then I can resume my work. Today it is not and I need to download some files before a meeting this afternoon. Is there a way to stop the syncing? I tried going through the website to stop the problem files from syncing, but it doesn't clear the issue.

Here are a couple steps I'd like you to try first to help me isolate the issue:First, please log in to Box.com and ensure that all of the folders you want to sync are marked for sync.
