Storage used count is incorrect

My storage is showing as 7.6 GB of 50.0 GB but I have now files in it except "Top 10 things to do in Box.pdf" which is just 4.7MB. Cleared all files in Trash also. Cannot find any option to raise ticket to support. How this issue can be fixed.

    Hi there,

    Welcome to the Box Community! 

    I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.
    You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).
    You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".

    Hi AJ,

    I need this to be done to my account as well.  I have to contact you every year to fix my storage issue but this year I can't seem to find a way to email Support directly as I have done in the past.  Please help as this is VERY FRUSTRATING.
