Files not showing up
When I create a file as an owner then add Editors and send them a invitation they can download their files the first time but when the come back to download more a few days later they do not show on my side of the folder? Not sure what to do

To clarify, did you mean your collaborators with Editor access do not see the download button when they go back to download files in your folder again?
If yes, could you have them try these troubleshooting tips:
- Clear browser cache and cookies. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
- Log in to Box using different browsers (or incognito) and see if it makes any difference when downloading files.
- Disable any add-ons or extensions disabled on browser/s.
If the above tips doesn't help, do you mind providing more details or share screenshots on what they see on their end so we can investigate further?
