    Can you try to quit Box Drive from the menu bar and then start the app again and see if the preview thumbnails work?

    If the issue persists, could you try to uninstall and then reinstall Box Drive app from your Mac computer:

    If that doesn't resolve the issue, can you let us know what version of MacOS are you running?
