help with restoring files

I received a notice that your company deleted 18 files I need them back ASAP

  Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

   

  When a file is deleted, both the person who deleted the item and the owner of the item will be able to retrieve it from their trash. The Trash is located under Account Settings > Trash-- you can also review this article for more details on this process: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Manage-Trash

   

  *We are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan.

  I moved three files to the Trash bin. I'm trying to move them into the correct box - restore them - but it's saying there's an error doing this (no error code). How do I move the files back into the correct box?
