User not able to open a shared file through link
I'm writing this on behalf of a user with Viewer access, whom I am attempting to share a file with via the Share option inside of Box. When they attempt to open the link, either via URL or by email, they are receiving an error:
"Invalid captcha response. Please try again."
They have reviewed with their IT team and do not see any captcha responses being prompted, and we are having no issues opening the file on our end. Is there any troubleshooting steps or advice we can send to this client so they are able to open up the file?

Could you please have the affected user try the following browser troubleshooting tips and then try to access your shared file again?
- Try using different browsers
- Clear your browser cache. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
- Disable Plugins/Add-Ons/Extensions In Browsers
