Editor Unable to Upload Files

Account with editor permissions can't upload files to folders, has tried using different browsers and means of uploading (drag-and-drop, using "New" button) with no success. Please contact me.

  Welcome to  the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

  Can you ask the user to do the following initial steps and see if these can help?:

  • Logout/ login on their Box account
  • Try to clear cache and cookies for their browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
  • Disable Plugins/Add-Ons/Extensions In their browser.

  If the issue persists, kindly confirm with the user if they encounter a specific error message and can you share it here so we can take a look?
